Why have I not receive my newsletter welcome voucher?

If you fill out the registration form in the online shop for our newsletter and send it off, you will receive a green confirmation notification.
However, the full registration process is not complete at this stage. In order to receive the newsletter, you must first click on the link you receive in the first email after successfully registering, in order to confirm.
When you click on the link, you will be automatically redirected to our online shop and your successful registration will be confirmed.
You will then receive your welcome voucher by e-mail. Please also check your spam folder, as certain email accounts direct our emails directly to this folder.
